Vol. 25 No. 1 (2025)

Volume 25 (Year 2025) of the University of Piura Law Journal is an annual publication dedicated to promoting legal research and academic analysis across all areas of law. Under the general editorship of Dr. Percy García Cavero and the executive editorship of Dr. Luciano Damián Laise, this issue brings together current and rigorous studies addressing the most significant normative and doctrinal challenges in Peru and in comparative law.

The articles included in this volume cover a wide range of disciplines, including Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Commercial Law, Constitutional Law, Labor Law, International Law, Civil Law, Customs Law, and Private International Law. Each contribution offers a critical and reflective approach, combining doctrinal, comparative, and practical analysis, with the aim of enriching academic and professional discourse.
