Abstract

Este libro nos invita a reflexionar sobre el constitucionalismo de límites y del res sunt. Eso significa que el Derecho Constitucional es un límite al poder por medio del Derecho para la protección de los derechos y libertades de las personas. Y el res sunt supone entender que las instituciones son como son y no como tal vez platónicamente las hemos pensado.
