Abstract

This paper intends to give an account of the duty that affects every business to assume a policy of corporate social responsibility aimed at the inclusion of persons with disabilities; one of the tools most suitable for this purpose being the incorporation of certain methodologies of inclusive education.

    Doctora (Summa Cum Laude) en Derecho y Máster en Derecho del Trabajo y la Seguridad Social en Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (España). Licenciada en Derecho por la Universidad de Alcalá (España), Máster en Derecho Constitucional y Abogada por la Universidad de Piura. Analista legal de la Dirección de Protección de Datos Personales (Perú); candidatura aceptada como profesora de Derecho del trabajo de la Universidad Oberta de Cataluña (España) y profesora de Derecho del trabajo y Nuevas Tecnologías – ESJUR (Perú).
