Abstract

The present Essay analyzes the duty of the Administration to provide reliable, complete
and truthful information to the bidders whom it calls to participate in a selection
process and also the consequences derived from the breach of this duty. In the same
way, this Essay analyzes the scope of the duty to be informed that the bidders have
when applying for selection processes called by the public entities.

    Abogado por la Universidad San Martín de Porres. Maestría en Derecho Constitucional por la
    Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Directivo de la Asociación Peruana de Derecho Administrativo
    y miembro del Foro Iberoamericano de Derecho Administrativo. Miembro de la Sociedad
    Peruana de Derecho de la Construcción y de la Asociación Peruana de Derecho Constitucional.
    Catedrático en diversos cursos de Derecho Administrativo a nivel de pregrado y posgrado en las
    Facultades de Derecho de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Universidad ESAN, Universidad
    de Piura y Universidad de San Martín de Porres.
